If you plead guilty or are found guilty of a misdemeanor, you will face serious consequences such as: imprisonment for a fixed term of up to one year and a fine of up to five thousand dollars. If you plead guilty or are found guilty of a Level 6 felony, you will face imprisonment for a fixed term of between six months and three years and a fine of up to ten thousand dollars.
