Habitual Traffic Violator

If you plead guilty or are found guilty of Operating While Suspended as a Habitual Traffic Violator, you will face imprisonment for a fixed term of between six months and three years and a fine of up to ten thousand dollars.  In addition, if you are convicted of Operating While Suspended as a Habitual Traffic Violator, you will most likely forfeit the privilege of operating a motor vehicle for life.
