Know The Consequences

If you plead guilty or are found guilty of Operating While Intoxicated, you will face serious consequences such as: imprisonment for a fixed term of up to one year and a fine of up to five thousand dollars.  If you plead guilty or are found guilty of an Operating While Intoxicated as a Level 6 felony, you will face imprisonment for a fixed term of between six months and three years and a fine of up to ten thousand dollars.

Additionally, a charge of Operating While Intoxicated will most likely result in the suspension of your driving privileges, and a conviction will add eight points to your driving record.
